Rancho Latigo

Rancho Latigo is a historic equestrian estate in Santa Ynez Valley—a 13-mile moonwalk from Michael Jackson's former Neverland Valley Ranch. Rancho Latigo includes a 14,000-square-foot main residence designed by architect David Leavengood. Working freelance within Draft Creative, LLC I designed a new promotional brochure and branding for an auction to be conducted in a later date with Georgina Jacobson’s Realty Group.

The Branding Process:

For the Rancho Latigo branding project, I wanted to capture the feel and aesthetic of the ranch so for the brochure presentation I curated from different types of background images that can be similar from the wooden porches to the stone marble floors that surrounds the Valley pool. In the next set of images you will explore the background concept to present each spread pages with the characteristics of the textures from the walls to the flooring.
