The Razor House
THIS 'ONE OF A KIND' ARCHITECTURAL MASTERPIECE, 5 years in the making, is a unique trophy property designed by Wallace E. Cunningham, one of Architectural Digest's Top 100 Designers. Set behind gates, and constructed from white polished concrete and floor-to-ceiling glass, this magnum opus suspends the boundaries of ordinary living and commands amazing uninterrupted views of the ocean, open sky and natural landscape. Resting high above Torrey Pines State Reserve, this 11,000 square foot piece de resistance showcases 4 bedrooms and 6 baths, a 2-level guest house with the same commanding views, a 6+ car subterranean garage and private access to Black's Beach. Impeccable design, unparalleled quality and paramount location make this property a true piece of art.
As part of a portfolio piece I designed the logo, digital web banners, landing page and a brochure featuring spread of vivid images from the beach side property. The “Razor House” in La Jolla, California, that was inspired by Tony Stark’s Razor Point mansion in the “Iron Man” film series, has found a taker for $20.8 million, according to the brokerage handling the listing.

White concrete, stainless steel and glass rise in a cantilevered design, offering some of the most hypnotic panoramas of the Pacific. Nature passes through the house via floor to ceiling walls of glass. A detached guesthouse and stunning outdoor terraces, including a rooftop entertaining space.
